Welcome to Hair Sabina Beauty! Please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions before booking your appointment. These terms are in place to ensure the highest quality of service, safety, and clarity for all our valued clients.
Appointments & Consultations
- New Balayage and Bleach & Toner services require a mandatory in-salon consultation prior to booking. This allows our team to assess your hair and discuss the look you’d like to achieve.
- Face Frame Balayage & Toner, Nanokeratin Movement & Texture, and other technical colour services also require pre-assessment for the best outcome.
- Consultation appointments can be arranged by contacting the salon directly.
Patch Testing
- A skin allergy patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to any colour treatment. This quick and easy process (taking just 2 minutes) must be done in the salon and helps us ensure your safety.
- Without a valid patch test, we will not be able to carry out any colouring services.
Booking & Deposits
- Some treatments may require a deposit to secure your booking, particularly for longer appointments such as balayage, hair smoothing, or wedding styling.
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling, to avoid a cancellation fee.
Arrivals & Late Policy
- Please arrive on time to ensure your full treatment can be carried out. If you are running late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service.
- In cases of significant lateness, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Children & Pets
- While we love little ones, we kindly ask that children are only brought to the salon if they are also having a treatment.
- The only exception is our feathered team member – our friendly salon parrot, who loves meeting new clients!
